All items are made just for you upon purchase, 100% bespoke.
The Frilly Sock Shop specialises in creating stunning quality unique Spanish tutu style frilly fancy show socks, bespoke socks for all special and everyday occasions show socks, fancy socks and accessories - all items handmade to order exclusively for you.
You will not find these #onthehighstreet.
Postage
We do combine postage if you purchased at the same time, any difference will be refunded once items posted.
Items will be sent 2nd class with proof of postage being obtained, unless stated otherwise or you advise otherwise (you will be liable for the difference in cost) proof of postage is obtained.
Larger items will be sent recorded and a signature will be required upon delivery. I cannot be held responsible for any delays or items non receipt of items, once I have posted to you.
Should you require your goods urgently please ensure you pick the correct postage required and inform us by message please, as you can imagine in the busier months this is easy to miss.
Refunds
As each item is designed individually and specifically for you upon purchase, we do not offer refunds.
Each item is carefully made as per your specifications and a lot of time goes into each order.
Refunds are only given if item was sent out incorrectly or in the unlikely event that there is a fault with item. Please advise us of any faults prior to returning.
The item must be unworn and returned within 5 days of receipt.
